Sennheiser at its best
First of all, all the negative reviews about this product are unfair and at times, down right wrong. These are not meant for bass-heads, so all of you should look somewhere else. Sennheiser always has and will keep producing headphones that are well balanced. The sound signature is flat, like it should be, like how professional headphones are. Sennheiser does not skimp on its headphone quality. The headphones feel durable and the cable is also thick enough that it wont fray for a long time. A lot of people will tell you that these headphones are not worth the price, but they are dead wrong. Unless you want to listen to bass-muddled, mid suppressed trashy boat or noise or JBL pair of headphones, Sennheiser's CX300S is the only pair of headphones that would give you quality sound at a price that's going to be worth every penny. My point is, don't read the negative reviews. Buy it, try it, get a feel for them. If it doesnt appease you, you can always return it. But I highly doubt it that if you're willing to shell out around INR 3,400, you'll settle for anything less than Sennheiser perfection.

BEST FOR AUDIOPHILES. DISSAPOINTING FOR RUNNERS/WORKOUT
SOUND QUALITY (best in class) The sound quality is AWESOME. Easily the best possoble sound quality you can get in this price range (trust me, I've tried a bunch of earphones between 2500-3000). There is bass as promised. But it isnt so overpowering that it will compromise the other instruments, unlike the popular sony xtra bass and some of the skullcandy earphones in this price range which have overpowering bass that makes guitar solos, piano and vocals sound muffled with main emphasis only on bass. COMFORT (good.) When listening while sitting idle at home and not moving around much, these are bery comfortable. It is feather light and is barely felt. THE BIG CON (deal-breaker for runners like myself :(( and sportspersons) When running or walking fast, these tend to move inside your ear. They dont fall off. They remain inside properly but move slightly within the ear canal. As a result the music sounds shaky with every step and jerk. When the buds move, the vaccum between the buds and your ears is constantly being disturbed. As a result the music sounds muffled and distant whenever there's a jerk (which is basically with every step you take while running, so all the time). If you listen to music primarily while doing ANY kind of workout, DONT BUY THESE. They are NOT a firm fit. You wont be able to enjoy the superior sound quality while on the move, which is a shame, and very sad indeed.

Great Audio Quality, But With a Few Trade-offs Compared to CX275s
I've always trusted Sennheiser when it comes to audio quality—and they’ve rarely disappointed. I was previously using the CX275s, and that product exceeded all my expectations. Unfortunately, since it’s been discontinued, I decided to upgrade to this newer model. Audio quality is still top-tier, no doubt about that—Sennheiser continues to deliver on that front. However, I’ve noticed a couple of compromises with this model: Microphone sensitivity: It doesn’t capture my voice well unless it's really close to my mouth, which wasn’t a problem with the CX275s. Bass response: It’s okay, but it doesn’t quite match the punch or clarity of the CX275s. Also, price-wise, this version feels a bit steep, especially considering these minor drawbacks. That said, Sennheiser’s customer service is absolutely top class. If you face any issues, their repair/replacement process is fast and hassle-free. Their support center really reflects the brand's reputation. Overall, still a great product—but I do miss the unbeatable value and performance of the CX275s! However still enjoying it

Out of the world sound quality.
What can I even say about these. They really sound so so so great that I'm flattered. I have used CX 275s, CX 213, JBL 200, JBL T290, Sony MDR 75AP, Sony MDR 55 and for sure no one comes closer to these. Sound stage is soo damn good that you can map the position of every single instrument being played. PRO's . Audio quality is awesome. . Soundstage is great. . Fidelity is great. . Build is great too. . Price point is also quite competitive. CON's . Cable noise while walking. . Sound isolation could have been better. . Comfort could also be improved a bit. Soo go for these of you are planning to spend around ₹3000.

Please avoid.
The product sound quality is not balanced. Could not return or replace it as well. For 3.5K not worth it all. Got it for gaming but this is absolute mediocre.

Long review please read it!
So i never bought any earphones which costs above 1000rs but i really wanted to buy Sennheiser earphone for a very long time to experience the true music quality so i bought it and ..... i'm a bit disappointed. I compared this earphone with the Realme buds 2 wired, here's what i found : Sennheiser cx 300s has lower base volume than the realme buds 2, Sennheiser cx 300s's build quality is really great as compared to realme buds 2 due to price difference ofcourse, Noise cancellation in Sennheiser cx 300s is amazing as compared to realme buds 2. Sennheiser cx300s has plain bass where realme buds 2 has good bass or i must say the actual bass, not too low not too extra, Sennheiser cx 300s mic's voice capturing is really bad, you have to bring it so close, i mean really close to your mouth so that the person on the other side during the call can hear your voice whereas in realme buds 2 mic easily beats in term of voice capturing, Sennheiser cx 300s has crystal clear voice quality when you speak through the mic as compared to the realme buds 2 but its just behind the Sennheiser cx300s, but remember in Sennheiser cx300s you have to put it very close to your mouth to get that crystal clear and crisp voice. The sound quality is really good in Sennheiser cx300s its also crystal clear as compared to realme buds 2 but you'll miss lil amount bass in Sennheiser and also it has lower base volume, i know the way to make you understand so suppose i'm playing any music at 20% volume in realme buds 2 , but then for the same music i have to increase the volume to 30 or 40% in Sennheiser cx300s to get the equivalent sound level. *FINAL THOUGHTS* Realme buds 2 which was older version, the newer version which is realme buds 2 neo wired which costs 500rs something, Sennheiser cx 300s costs 2500rs if you grab it during offer period otherwise 3400rs. In my opinion the Sennheiser cx 300s is not worth more than 2000rs. Its a bit pricey , you'll be happy with the 500rs realme buds 2 neo and it won't disappoint you. I DON'T RECOMMEND BUYING IT because you will always get good build quality at this price range in any earphones but its about other things too like mic quality, sound quality, noise cancellation etc. Just find any better earphone than this at this price range (2500-3400) rather than Sennheiser cx 300s. That's all i can say thanks for reading!

Perfect tangle-free cords with great sound quality and noise isolation
I absolutely loved the previous version of the Cx 3.00 and used it for almost 3 whole years before it finally gave way and the earpiece dismantled to a point beyond redemption. Sennheiser as a brand has amazing quality and service. With the previous one, I managed to used the warranty effortlessly to get a replacement when the first pair had uneven sound. Overall my experience with the previous version of the Cx 3.0 was amazing enough that I no qualms about purchasing this new version after fidgeting around with other brands in the market. The three biggest factors that brought me back to this model was the sound quality, noise isolation and the fact that it's tangle- free! This new version delivers on all three just like the first. I can't adequately explain how frustrating using other pairs of earphones is when they tangle so easily. You end up spending so much time untangling them even it was left untouched for awhile. I was too used to the flat cord design of the previous pair that using anything else was just frustrating even without comparing the sound quality and noise isolation. Of course the sound quality is great, amazing clarity of sound and if you enjoy listening to music alot you'd love this. The noise isolation is commendable, definitely a must have in a pair of earphones when you live in a residential campus or somewhere surrounded with alot of people or whenever you need to focus and get work done beyond just enjoying your music. This version is just as good as the previous version, definitely no complaints. Very happy with this pair and absolutely love the pouch that came with it, it makes carrying around the earphones hassle free. This is honestly the most sensible earphone handling and storage accessory I've seen. None of the other earphone cases or cord ties and holders comes close to this magnetic closing pouch that looks classy and fully delivers on the utility aspect. Overall, would definitely recommend this pair of earphones to anyone particular about sound quality, noise isolation and tangle free cords with the assurance of good after sale service by the brand.

Nice one.. Good for Metalheads
Good. Sound quality: balanced high, mid n bass. It's not enhanced bass so not good for EDM listeners.. ok for Metal song lovers. Actually it's worm n smooth n well balanced driver... Descent to hear for long time. Built quality: Good n sturdy built. But if they would have provided serrated or fabricated cable then then it will never be tangled. Nice L-Shaped jack. Only 1 button remote is disappointing.. Mic is good. Packaging has deteriorated. Disappointing n annoying service from AMAZON. Worst quality packaging and package handling... 0 rating for them... The package was almost ruined....
