Hiya, They are hard figurines that contain pre-recorded stories or songs. In this particular case it's the story of the gruffalo. The audio characters are placed on a tonies starter box (sold separately) and will play their content. Think of it as a fun and child safe way of listening to audio box! My niece loves playing with the figurines as much as listening to them. :)

Any book shop, probably even tesco or Sainsburys. Or borrow from your local library.

The best Tonie!!

Our favourite Tonie! I bought this Tonie for my little boy as one of his favourite books is The Gruffalo and we were not disappointed! Imelda Staunton does an amazing job at reading the story and the song at the end is great too. The sound quality is brilliant and it is so easy to use. I would say this is the best Tonie we have come across and definitely great value for money!
