Not as good as expected.
This was not as good as the chorizo I ordered previously. It was not as well seasoned and much dryer.

Fraudulent listing, they are garbage in a casing.
It arrived as a liquid mush and is unusable. Not at all what was expected from the item's description. The seller refused to refund my payment.
