The backpack and lunch bag is very good quality and my daughter loves them both

This book bag looks really sturdy and roomy. I didn't rate the durability because it hasn't been used yet, but the workmanship and materials appear solid. The main storage compartment (zippered) is quite large. Another compartment in front of it is also zippered and has same height and width dimensions but is a little skinnier in width - it will still hold a bunch of stuff. Then in front, under a Velcro closure, is another zippered compartment. On either side is a mesh pouch good for a bottle or other items.The bag is just like the product pictures but I'm adding my own. I do have one picture that isn't in the product description - the one of the cute sequined unicorn keyring.

The media could not be loaded.  Sooooo cute! Way better quailty than I thought it would be! It’s bigger than I thought as well. I use it as a diaper bag for a little one. I thought she would be able to carry it soon but it may take a few years.

High quality. The lunch box is made out of a thick scuba like material. Easy to clean and insulated. The backpack has padding on the back. The straps are padded and comfortable. Really cute and it's water resistant material. My daughter is 4'7" this is how it fits for her size. Good buy!

My daughter absolutely loved this backpack. We've had it for about 2 months. Th zipper on the main compartment will no longer zip. There is zero wear & tear anywhere else on the backpack, so it is not from her being overly rough with it. Pretty bummed since see was so excited for this backpack.

======= EDITED ========I had a nice support for the item, they contact me, and gave easy instructions to fix the zipper, also they offered valid solutions for my purchase. They also said they will take matters with the zipper provider (hope so).I can also add that my daughter love her backpack, and we have no more issues, she still using her backpack every day at school.

Im happy to have found this back pack that fits all my needs. Yes, I bought it for myself. LolFIRST:Ppl are complaining about the strong smell, THAT IS HOW NEOPRENE SMELLS. All I did was put a dryer sheet in each compartment over night and the smell has just about gone away. As well as the lunch carrier. I will let them stay in there a day or two more to rid the smell all of the way.Anyways, it has many compartments. Its roomier than most back packs AND yes it fits my 15in laptop snug and secure. The design is very cute and the structure very sturdy. Overall a great buy! I do recommend. Just follow the tip on making the smell go away.

I want to update my review. This company saw my review and went above and beyond to make things right. Without me contacting them, they sent a brand new backpack with a very nice letter apologizing for the problems. They wrote about the steps they were taking to ensure that this didn't happen again and ensured that they had checked the zippers very thoroughly. This company definitely casts about their customers!Let me start by saying that this backpack is very cute! My daughter absolutely loves it.While the backpack does have a pretty good amount of padding and appears fairly sturdy, it has one major flaw. One of the zippers doesn't work. It does not zip the backpack up, no matter what way we pull it, it just unzips the backpack, and unevenly at that (one side more than the other, so then the zipper is uneven). We have settled with just having it stay all the way on one side, but sometimes my daughter forgets and pulls the wrong one, this creates frustrations for her when she's at school (she's only 7). I feel so bad because she loves this backpack so much, and since we didn't get it until right before school started she doesn't want to send it back for a new one.The lunch bag: yes, the smell is very strong! I wish I could say that it goes away, but seeing as we've only had it for a few weeks and the smell is still there (granted, not as strong), I can't speak to that yet. It is a cute bag, and pretty durable (neoprene), but it doesn't appear to have much insulation (I pack 3 ice packs with my daughters lunch and they are almost always melted and warm when she gets home).Update: Both zippers no longer work. My daughter is no longer able to zip her backpack closed. She has had the backpack for less than 2 months. I am so irritated! The rest of the backpack shows no wear.
