Overall, this is a delicious, hearty cereal with great ingredients and a balanced sweetness. If you enjoy fruit-and-nut cereals, this one is definitely worth trying. This cereal is a wonderful way to start the morning. The combination of sweet raisins, soft dates, and crunchy pecans gives every bowl a really satisfying texture and flavor. It’s not overly sugary, so it tastes naturally sweet while still feeling wholesome.

This is the only cereal that I eat.
Many years ago, I received a sample of this cereal in the mail. At that time, I was not eating cereal and hadn’t had cereal in many many years. I tried the cereal the next morning and I was hooked. It tasted fresh. It was crunchy. It had many pecans and I liked the taste. From then on that has been the only cereal that I have ever eaten. At the grocery store, it was fairly expensive and I only bought it now and then. But Amazon‘s price was really good and I can now have this cereal more often.

A nice mixture of fruit with tasty flakes
Totally delicious. A generous balance of fruit and nuts along with the wheat flakes, which are also tasty. I've been eating this cereal often for years (sometimes I can't get it because it's sold out), and it's my first choice in cereal
