Is the vise included?

this is a table top device only no stand I'm selling it .. it is not user friendly and very LIGHT DUTY<

What type/brand of drill will fit. I have 2 of them and both are too big and do not fit?

They are designed for a Dremel multi tool. I use the cordless Dremel on mine to sharpen carbide router bits.
