If you cut with a Dremel or other rotary device, this is definitely a step-up. They cut various materials and come off and on to the mandrel with a quick flick, but stay solid during use. As you can guess, Dremel has different kits for different purposes. This is the cutting wheel set. One of the best purchases I've made for my several Dremels!!!!!

Perfect--I love the E-Z lock system and the blades cut through thin metal, just as I needed them to. Be warned this produces lots of sparks, though. You should probably stop every -20-30 seconds to let things cool down.

Bought these to cut a thin metal did the job great!! Really user friendly packaging which made getting them our of the package really easy! We bought this pack for the lock as we keep misplacing ours. To our surprise we only used one disk as it was really durable so it was a really good value as we can use this on many projects!

Worked great in a tight spot to cut out a hardened steel bearing race that was stuck in my hay rake. This item.... "It will cut"

They're cut off wheels with a quick detach system. When used on steel, or other hard alloys, they definitely cut. They do wear out much quicker, compared to cutting aluminum or other softer materials. This seller has the lowest price per blade at the time of my purchase. I last used them to fabricate brackets for a motorcycle fairing. It was mild steel. Probably about 18" of total cut length consumed about 50% of a single blade.

These cutting disks are worth every penny, they are by far the best bang for your buck. They out perform any other cutting disks currently available, the quick change mandrel is definitely the ultimate
