A truly wonderful radio!!!
Excellent sound quality, AM reception is surprisingly selective and powerful, more so than most others in it's price group. FM is as good as any tabletop radio. The craftsmanship is top notch. Solidly constructed, good weight to it and as gorgeous an addition to any room as radios were originally intended to be! Bluetooth connectivity is spot on, never fails and absolutely free from noise or hum. I pipe in old time radio shows and WWII era music most evenings for my son and I to enjoy. He's 10 and a big fan of the Waltons, so he loves this radio as much as I do (even though the Waltons had a tombstone radio and this is Cathedral style)! The dial light is a beautiful amber that allows you to see the station you're tuning in without glaring into the room, rather giving off a nice, warm glow. The same is true for the Bluetooth indicator dial lamp, which gives off an equally warm glow, but in a deep, night-sky blue. O highly recommend this radio, for the AM alone, but also to anyone looking for a GREAT Bluetooth speaker and a truly beautiful addition to your room. I promise you will not be disappointed!

Very nice quality, well worth the price.
Purchased this to stream via bluetooth the thousands of old time radio shows noe available on various free apps. It works great, radio stations tune in better than expected which is an additional bonus. Love the amber backlit dial when listening to the radio (jazz in the evenings). Would have been nice to keep the light amber when in bluetooth mode, but it does change to a soft blue ... I can live with that. Sturdy, well built cabinet and the sound is better than expected ... it's a perfect piece that looks great sitting on my end table next to my comfy chair.

Classic looks with modern features
When I started searching for vintage-styled radio to complete the look of a vintage-styled room, I was fully expecting to either be stuck with a modern pseudo equivalent or go with a legit period-era cabinet radio that would either be too expensive for a working model, too large for the space, or a restoration project by itself. Fortunately this little Crosley filled the niche perfectly. It has a neutral enough look to fit a few decades, is unobtrusive but has enough detail to catch the eye without looking out of place, to include that warm amber tuning light on the dial. While it isn't a hi-fidelity piece, the sound is great considering the small package, and if you stream in some light 40s jazz to set the tone of the room its perfect for that role. I'm quite happy with this.

Amazing quality, way better than expected given how cheaply made most things are today.
Amazing quality! Solid wood, gorgeous, and looks like it came off the shelf in the 1930s. It even smells old from the varnish. The sound quality is really good too. We like to listen to podcasts of vintage radio shows from the 30s, 40s, and 50s and this radio sets the mood perfectly.

Great reproduction radio
All in all this is a great reproduction style radio. It looks very similar to an antique cathedral radio but has modern features. It is real wood, but smaller than an actual antique radio. I found the size to be just right for me, as I was putting it on a bookshelf in my vintage-style study; it fits in well. I noticed some of the other posters commented on reception - I found both AM and FM reception to be very good (but I also live near a large metropolitan area). Perhaps some people were not using the external antenna - it is simply a coil of wire that you should unbundle and let hang down behind the radio. In regard to sound quality, it sounds exactly as I would think an antique radio should sound. It has sufficient volume, and a fairly flat tone that seems to closely mimic radios of the period. The sound is not high quality or high fidelity - it it isn’t supposed to be. When I want to listen to high quality music I fire up my Bose Bluetooth speaker - but when I am trying to set the right mood, listening to 30’s or 40’s tunes or old radio shows (I love those things - they are awesome and can be found in large numbers on YouTube and other places on the internet), then this piece works flawlessly. The ability to connect blue tooth is the best part of this radio and what I use almost exclusively - It allows for the ability to listen to all the old shows as I already mentioned. It connects effortlessly - much simpler process than my Bose speaker - it literally took me two seconds. I turned on the radio, opened the Bluetooth settings on my iPhone, clicked on the radio in the list, and it immediately connected (with a satisfying chirp to let me know it had connected) and then immediately started playing. Very fast and simple. In regard to value for the money, it is one of the least expensive radios of this type I found. There were a couple of others I liked too, but I know the Crosley brand but had never heard of the others so this was an easy pick. My only complaint (pretty minor really) is the dial light. When playing AM or FM it has a nice amber glow, reminiscent of a radio of the period - switch it to blue tooth, however, and the glow turns blue - which distracts from the vintage feel of the radio. It is’nt super bright so it it isn’t a huge deal, but it would have been nice to keep the amber glow - just because it’s bluetooth doesn’t mean it has to be blue! That aside, I am very satisfied with the radio and have already listened to it a lot. Thanks for reading, I hope it helps you decide what you want - as for me, it’s now time to return to the latest episode of “The traveler”.......

Awesome product.
I love this thing. It is perfect for the living room. So nostalgic. We would listen to Christmas music while putting up the tree on it. Great sound quality and easy to use. It's fun trying to find radio stations on the dial. Solid construction and size. Just make sure if you are using bluetooth that the volume is up on your phone. Great product though.

Works great, sounds great, looks great!
I’ve only had this radio for a few hours, but so far, it’s been fantastic! The AM and FM reception is excellent, but what I truly love is the Bluetooth feature. I’ve already connected my record player to it, which worked great , but the real highlight for me is using it to play old-time radio shows from my phone. Listening to those classic programs through this antique retro looking cathedral radio feels like stepping back in time to an era I never had the chance to experience. It’s such a unique and nostalgic experience!

This radio is a little smaller than a traditional cathedral radio, however it is the perfect size for my dresser. The look is quite beautiful and the sound quality is excellent. Of course it is not a Bose, but vintage radios should sound as such and it is as it should be. Bluetooth function is excellent and tuning and reception for FM and AM is good. I haven't had any bulb issues as of yet but it is possible that they went with LED lighting to correct the problem with earlier models. Not really sure. But for the price, the style and quality, it really can't be beat.

The Crosley cathedral style replica radio is smaller than the original tube radios and nicely fits on a table or desk. The radio has a selector for AM / FM / Bluetooth, another selector for volume, and one for tuning. Cord and antenna are already attached to the radio. Plug n play setup makes it super simple to use. Sound and reception are both good. I recommend this radio if you are looking for a modern radio with a nostalgic look.

This tabletop radio has a fantastic retro look and just has an ambiance about it. The sound is decent for a medium room and is not tinny or cheap sounding. The tuner works well and the Bluetooth connects easily and doesn’t drop like others have. This radio is great if you are looking for something that will come back on after a power flicker or outage.

The speakers are good and pretty loud, like I bought one of those big party speakers that don't work as well.

This little guy is exactly what I had hoped for. A reasonable price and it looks nice. I (like most reviewers) bought it to play 'old time radio' and jazz on . It actually sounds better than I expected. It's no boombox or JBL speaker , but I was wanting/expecting a bit more old style grainy sort of sound. To go with the music. I mainly use the Bluetooth feature and that's where I had a little trouble. It connects fine but has a very light buzzing sound coming from the speaker. I managed to eliminate this by turning Bluetooth off then back on ,on my Iphone. This made the buzzing go away. I pointed this out to Amazon and they discounted the price for me rather than me returning it. Nice touch for a little bit of trouble. AM/FM both sound good and reception is fine for both. I did manage to make it so that the yellow light is on all the time. The light used to turn blue from yellow (when in radio mode)when using the Bluetooth. Which looked kinda odd on an old style radio. I'm thinking of making a Youtube video on how to do this because it's a little involved. Most people will probably just put up with the blue light. And may even like it.
