A fantastic study in focussing the dynamic concept and applicability of the science and discipline of the balanced scorecard to the paradigm of human resources management. For all practioners of HRD and HRM, especially for SMEs and SSIs in developing or third-world economic scenarios, who are unable, perhaps, to make the investment into automated enterprise solutions like PeopleSoft or the SAP ABAP modules, it is a must-read, must-apply toolkit for the generic and holistic development of business as an ecology.
