This is a Yiyun Tech model LB27 controller, 24-volt 250-watt unit made in China. The wiring diagram on this web page is completely wrong - for one thing there are 8 sets of wires not 6 as shown, and actual wire colors are not as shown in the diagram. The unit delivered had no labels on any wires or connectors, despite the photo on the web page. Look elsewhere for how to wire this unit for your e-bike or e-scooter. With info from other sources and some luck I may be able to install, although there are You Tube videos that indicate two of the wire sets (motor and charger connectors) are incorrectly made and must be reversed to work in Razor scooters. Beware: if the connectors are left as the manufacturer made them, the motor may run in reverse and the battery charger may burn out the controller unit. Look elsewhere in Amazon for the exact same unit with better, correct instructions.

I've got several questions pending with the seller and the results may improve or worsen my review. The number of connectors and labeling do not match what is shown for the Product Description and Product Pictures. I purchased this for a Hyper Scooter sold by Walmart. Surprisingly some of the connectors matched the ones on my Scooter in the description so I ordered it. But when it arrived things did not match. Polarity for the Charger and Motor were reversed. I had to flip the wires on my scooter. I haven't powered this up yet because if I don't get the answers I need I'm returning it like I received it. By the way, it show signs of wear and previous installation like it may have been a return. I hope I can get my answers and get my scooter working. Well I got my response. Told me I should seek professional help if I still have questions. WOW! I quess that means they are disqualified since they could not help. Buyer Beware!

I purchased two of these for a home project. Neither one of them came with a wire diagram of the plugs. I have worked with similar controllers in the past, so with some time I figured out what each plug was (there are stickers on the plugs that tell you what the plug belongs to) After I had it all hooked up to my system, the motor plug won’t supply the proper voltage. My multimeter won’t pick up any voltage as I adjust my throttle. However the blue wire to ground gives +21v and the white wire to ground gives +6v. I believe that there is something wrong with the output to the motor plug. Both my drives have this same effect. So I either have this hooked up wrong or this product is for a different type of application that should be better labeled.

It doesn’t come with the wire diagram a lot of the plugs plugged into the same thing with different wires and different colors

Total cheap garbage, no 5 volt reference coming out for throttle controller, looks like it's missing screws securing the circuit board. I guess you get what you pay for. Junk

Fait correctement le boulot. Montée sur un vélo électrique des années 90 (en remplacement d'un contrôleur Heinzmann introuvable). Hormis le PAS in montable (poignée à la place), c'est parfait.

Die Beschriftung auf den Steckern währe sehr hilfreich um dieses Produkt korrekt anzuschließen. Dies bedarf ansonsten einen Elektriker und nochmals viel Geld! Es wäre gut dies umgehend umzusetzen im Namen aller Verbraucher: Dankeschön 👍

Does the job exactly. Connector labels were strange but easily worked out.

Très bien fonctionner nécéssite cependant quelques notions en cablage électrique pour bien joindre les fils et avec les bonne broches.

Fonctionne parfaitement, fait son job. Idéal pour fabrication de vélo ou trottinette électrique.
