Use a constant current driver. If using a 12VDC source, you would wire 4 LEDs in series. Then parallel to next group of 4 in series. Use a resistor in each group of series wired LEDs to use up the remaining amperage over the total of the 4 LEDs amperage rating. 4 LEDs with amperage rating of 280ma, would use 1.12A. Use a resistor calculator for led arrays online to find correct resistor to use. Dimmable driver should work fine as long as your power supply voltage isn’t greater than the max voltage each group of series LEDs can handle.

Will these work if powered by a electro-craft motomatic motor generator?will i be able to connect the led right to the motor or will i need a resistor

You need to add a current limiting resistor or the diode will destroy itself

I have purchased almost 6 packages of these. Kelvin is no longer same not 6500-7k need replacement or return.

The package I got had the polarity marks reversed, they still work and cheap price.... maybe the key word here is "cheap", lol. Good luck.
