Doesn’t work with 1996 SS Impala
I’m not giving it three stars because of its quality, it’s because it doesn’t fit my 1996SS IMPALA. As the other reviewer with the Corvette mentioned, it’s clocked a different direction and does not work on the LT1 in a 1996 SS. I didn’t see his review until after I bought it. It’s probably a quality part because it did function when I checked it via my OBD2 reader but it won’t function correctly. Where is when you hit the gas it does not return back to zero in the data stream on the OBD2 reader, it stayed stuck on partial throttle. When I removed it from the throttle body and tested it and returned back to 0. I don’t blame the seller. I blame Amazon for saying that it does work with my car. Photo with grey mech in the original, one on top of packaging is the new delco part.
