I bought a more expensive $132. version and it worked, so I tried this cheap-o $29. version and it worked just as well. I know it works because I'm not getting kicked out of bed, and I use the SnoreLap App. that records and tracks snoring levels, and when I use this my snoring levels are "none" to "very low." Before this I tried the nose strips, the foxy lookin' velcro chin strap to keep my jaw shut, and mouth guards that hurt my jaw. This is like a big pacifier, it's very soft. The bulb part sticks out of your mouth and the other part goes between your lips and the front and lower rows of your teeth to hold it in your mouth. You insert just a little bit of your tongue in the bulb part, and slightly press in the bulb. It holds your tongue forward by suction and keeps your tongue out of the back of your mouth/throat. My tongue did not feel weird in the morning. You DO NOT have to jam your whole tongue into the bulb part, and you don't have to squeeze the bulb so hard that you squeeze all the air out of it. If you do so, I'm sure your tongue will be sore in the morning. It has fallen out of my mouth once, but it's not that big of a deal.

so i have been a chronic mouth breather and because of that my jaw has moved into my face and given me overbite.after wearing this device around the house i started noticing that my jaw muscles were activating with soreness.i took the sleep pro off and what do you know! my overbite fixed itself. i was shocked at first because my bite had changed so quickly.just by wearing this my lower jaw moved back to its original position. my airway is more open and my jawline looks actually visible now.i still cant wear this to sleep, but im getting used to it.

I have only had this for a few days but so far, so good. There are a variety of sizes so you can be assured of finding one that fits. I live alone so I can't tell if I stopped snoring, but I am NOT waking up with a mouth as dry as the Sahara Desert and I do wake up more refreshed (due to my age, I still wake up in the middle of the night for other reasons). My one concern is that the other pairs are going to waste. It would be nice if they were marked somehow so they could be sold individually once you know the size that fits.

I use a full face CPAP mask and I had the problem of waking up in the morning (or during the night, often) because of a dry mouth from my mouth opening and breathing because my jaw relaxes and then my mouth opens, during sleep. This is the perfect solution as it doesn't pull your chin backwards like some others may, and It holds the jaw vertically and has a strap that goes around the back of your head and that keeps it from falling off the front of your face.

Both me and my husband have breathing/sleep issues therefore we snore a lot. He has sleep apnea and is a weak sleeper even his snoring wakes him up and he hates it. I have had two nose surgeries and live with allergies from my pets and we both believe we have been having better sleep since we been using this product! Very comfortable I most say. And thank God my husband can’t keep recording my horrible snores at night.

By holding open nostrils, this means that I don't sleep with my mouth open. Without it, my mouth gets very dry which is harmful to teeth. It's very easy to wear. Stays in all night. I use the smaller sizes and trim so that it's a shorter (so that it doesn't go very far up into my nose). Another great advantage -- if I have a stuffy nose, it keeps my nostrils clear so that i can breathe through my nose.

If your snoring is due to nasal valve collapse (like mine is,) then this is the solution. I do not know how anyone could say they are too hard, too soft, etc, the KIT COMES WITH ALL SIZES AND DIFFERENT MATERIALS. Come on people, baby bear's porridge. At least one in the kit will fit you. When it does, you will feel 1000 percent better. I know I did. It keeps the nostrils open during sleep, and even during they day while working out.

I was leary about using a product like this because I have a very small mouth and a “one size fit all”. After closely reading the directions and practicing them before being the molding procedure, I got the perfect and comfortable fit. I am very pleased with how perfect the mouthpiece fits. I had no problems sleeping with it from the first day. So thankful to wake up without a headache. I can breathe while I sleep!!!!!!
