Very vibrant!
Came out really nicely in a cake I made for my parents ruby anniversary. Great stuff and needed much less than I thought I would! Very strong colour and no taste or effect on the sponge!

Amazing colour
I bought this with the purpose of making a Halloween bake-off with my kids for a school competition. After doing a little research on how to recreate blood I reached the conclusion that gel colouring was going to go a lot further than regular food colouring. And boy was I right. I used corn syrup and a drop of this gel. It turned out really dark and very life-like! I have uploaded a photo where you can see how it turned out, especially if you pay close attention to the Frankenstein's eyes and the blood under the fingernails - I used completly different things for the blood on the cake and it turned out not as good.

Ruby red is ideal for red velvet cake
I bought the ruby red pro gel after a friend recommended it for my red velvet cupcakes. You don’t need a lot and unlike other reds it won’t go green after the cake is done . Will buy again

J'utilise les colorants ProGel depuis ma formation en Cake Design et je ne changerais pour rien au monde. Voici pourquoi je les recommande :Les points forts :Qualité professionnelle : C'est la marque qui m'a été conseillée lors de ma formation pour son efficacité.Très pigmenté : Pas besoin d'en mettre beaucoup. Quelques gouttes suffisent pour obtenir une belle couleur.Précision : On peut doser goutte par goutte très facilement jusqu'à obtenir exactement la tonalité souhaitée.Résultat impeccable : Je l'utilise ici dans de la chantilly (voir photo du gâteau de mon fils) et le rendu est top, la couleur est vive et ne change pas la texture.Mon conseil : Allez-y vraiment petit à petit, car le colorant est très puissant !

Super tolle Farben. Sehr intensiv. Kleiner Mini tropfen reicht schon. Färbe damit fondant ein. Am besten mit Einmalhandschuhen benutzen
