Great beats for intermediate or power yoga class.
Authentic mix of tamal and hindu music. This CD never disappoints if you have a great ear for music. Highly recommended.

Okay but not great. Try Buddha Bar I or II first.
I have Buddha Bar I & II. They have a more eclectic mix. This album is much more Hindu sounding. I know it's called Buddha Bar but it's a disco and I'm sure they play more than this in the club.
