I got it installed and its snug and is perfect. Glad I decided to buy it
Exactly as I expected. Nearly flush mount as shown in the picture. Works perfectly. A bit tricky to install. I had to remove the fore guard and the try rail doesn't exactly give a lot of room to work with. But still, I got it installed and its snug and is perfect. Glad I decided to buy it. Only 4 stars due to slower than what I was expecting shipping from this company. Received it in a bit over a week. Otherwise the product its self is well worth it.

Good mount
Oh ya this got the job done. I used this mount so i could get a better looking sling mounting option on my SGworks sks bullpup stock. When i saw were one person used this mount on there stock I thought id give it a try and It works great, was pretty easy to install. No install instructions. Good thing there is a youtube video for everything haha. But if you care to know how its installed ? First you use a 1/2in drill bit , drill your hole. Dont drill into your hand like i did lol lay it on something other then your hand. Sec you stick the mount long side into the hole from the back side. Then push your lock ring onto its out facing head its a bit tough but you can manage with just your bare hands may take a few tries. Lastly add the set screws this will hold the back up. Don't over tighten the set screws it will show on the facing side and it will look like crap if your setting your mount into metal then u may bend something. Also this sling mount is a non rotational mount which means its not going to let your QD rotate. Id had rather it did letting my QD rotate freely keeping the mount from being in any stress especially in soft plastic thats just screw onto more soft plastic. Good luck

Took a little modding but this QD attachment is much better than the one I had installed initially
With limited space on a Magpul MOE hand guard, I had to eliminate the QD attachment I had when I added a weapon light. This resulted in switching to a single point sling setup. I prefer a two point setup, so a search began to find an alternative that would allow me to go back to my preferred setup. This product allowed me to add a QD attachment to the hand guard and return to my preferred setup. Took a little modding but this QD attachment is much better than the one I had installed initially.

Not too happy about that
This thing was a pain to install into my alpha rail. Says it would fit but I had to do some work to make it fit. Not too happy about that. But it works as it should which is nice. I'd look for other options though if you have an alpha rail. Not fun to install.

If you have a Troy forearm on your rifle, get this.
Just installed this on my Troy forearm. It took me a little bit to figure out how to fit it. It’s awesome. You’ll need to take your forearm off to start. This goes in through one of the holes from the backside. Then, pop the split ring on the outside in one of the grooves. Then just tighten up the set screws. You barely know it’s there from the outside. When it’s not in use, you’ll barely see it and it definitely won’t hang up on anything or get in the way.

Low profile MOE solution for a lefty.
Purchased for a MOE handguard. Requires drilling a 0.5 inch hole in the plastic. End result is an extremely low profile QD sling mount anywhere you've got space on the handguard (which is awesome for lefties like me). Forward mounting on the handguard is for a 2-point sling, which is what you run if you know what you're doing.
