Fitbit Alta HR, Black, Large (US Version) (Renewed)

Wanted an Alta HR as a present for my wife, as she had one for years and wore it in a little anklet that held it perfectly. This one is “renewed”, but truly looks perfect, works really well, and a fair price for sure! We are both happy!

I bought the first watch with excitement. It arrived and never was able to charge. I went through all the videos and trouble shooting on my win before seeking help from Fitbit who then said it was on the selling agent through Amazon so I contacted them and they answered and listened but did nothing to fix it besides offering to return that one and send a replacement. The replacement came and charged 100% I wore it for 24 hours then it died and when I tried to charge it thinking “this is weird I thought it was supposed to last for 10 days but maybe I am wrong” but when I got home from work it wouldn’t charge. VERY frustrated. Customer service was adequate but the refurbished fitbits are horrible.

The watch does not work. I have tried several times to change the time on the watch and it does not work. It is supposed to sync with my phone but does not appear to do so.

After the Fitbit was fully charged, it connected to iPhone and synced and then just stop. It’s would lite up , take a charge nor could the app find the Fitbit. Never buy renewed! One star I’m getting a full refund!

I bought this for myself as a birthday present. I usually don’t like to wear watches. For most cases, a watch usually stays on me for a week or two at most. It’s been a month since I’ve gotten the Fitbit and I’ve been using it every day since. It made my life so much easier and it’s really cute.

Purchase was great, watch looked brand new no dings or scratches. Works great!!, people said that their watch stopped working and would not come back or charge… my watch did the same the I found out why ( the charger they sent in the package was not quite correct. The Original OEM charger if you call it had a button on the USB end. So that when the watch dies completely, you plug it in and push the button and it restarts the watch). So if you do purchase this watch make sure to purchase an OEM type charger and you will be good…. Hope this helps, All in All I would purchase again.

Could not get this product to pair with my devices. It was too expensive for a refurbished product & certainly a disappointment. This band recently purchased was defective. I am very familiar with the FitBit HR as I have had THREE of them; once one would die, I’d get a new one. Even though they were Excellant in providing what I wanted a: heart rate monitor, sleep pattern monitor, steps calculator & very important to me as well small/sleek/interchangeable bands all in one, they did not last long… I’m not rough on wear but eventually they would malfunction.

This refurbished Fitbit works great. The first one I ordered was junk, but this one charges fully, is bright enough to read when outside, and tracks my sleep well.
