I use this to add to my pasta sauces for last 5 minutes of cooking to add in a really good umami flavor.I cannot go without this stuff any more it is super good.

This is just bad
If you like truffle, don't believe those 5 star reviews... this product is NOT GOOD AT ALL. It's pungent but pungent BAD. The only upside to this product is the look of the bottle, that's it, flavor's really bad too. 100% would not recommend anyone to buy this.To the seller, just don't sell this crap again please.

Black Truffle is not a cheap item but it is a must , a great complimentary flavour to any dish particularly suited to Steak.

Truffle content percentage not mentioned anywhere
Misleading description, the product label doesn’t mention the percentage anywhere and truffle is the 3rd ingredient but without any certified label it may as well be 1%. The only reason I ordered was for the truffle content otherwise the price is very high for a 90g jar.

Good taste but not truffles
Good strong smell- it’s delicious however this is not truffle but more like porchini mushroom sauce. Still delicious and would buy again
