Great pillow, nice materials, and the memory foam is completely adjustable to your firmness liking by simply removing some of the memory foam from the zippered ends. Very easy and you can smooth it out to your new size with very little effort. Personally, we took some out of the Queen size because it was too full. It comes in a nice zippered storage sleeve (which you will no longer need once you open the pillow), and you can just put the extra memory foam in it.It comes flat as a pancake and it takes less than 24 hours to expand to full size. No odors afterwards.Here's why I've docked it a star...Ordered two Queen size pillows. Got 1 Queen and 1 Standard, because the Standard size had an incorrect SKU on it (someone had put the Queen barcode on top of the Standard one - you can see it clearly in the attached picture). So I ordered a replacement, and it was the same thing once again! Not a fluke. Seriously? Either Amazon or the seller messed this inventory up. Amazon was easy to deal with in terms of getting replacements shipped, and I finally got a 2nd Queen pillow on my third try. Be aware of this and make sure you are shipped the size that you actually ordered.

I bought this pillow and wasn't too sure how it was going to be. I have bought more expensive memory foam pillows before so I wasn't expecting it to be as good. I was surprise to see that it is much more comfy than my more expensive memory foam pillows. It was soft but had great support. I really recommend these pillows. The customer service is great too. I had bought two of them and one turn out amazing while the other wasn't as full and wasn't as soft. So I contacted seller and let them know. After that they sent me a replacement free of charge. I would definitely recommend these pillows since they are great memory foam pillows and also their customers service is top notch.

Love this pillow! I looked at reviews on many pillows, ones more expensive than this pillow and when i went to fakespot dot com i saw that most if the reviews were fake. This pillow recieved an A for reviews which is why i decided to try it even though i was hesitant since it is a lot cgeaoer than most orthopedic pillows. I have spent hundreds of dollars on pillows, trying to find one that does not cause my neck to hurt or creates tension in my jaw. I have tmj and 2 years ago injured my neck which has made it difficult to find a pillow that is comfortable yet keeps my neck in alignment. A few months ago I decided to buy a very expensive orthopedic pillow which for some seemed to help, for me I'd wake up every morning with pain in my neck, shoulders and jaw. I wear a mouth guard at night but the pillow made me clench more at night. This pillow is great because you can add the amount of shredded foam you need. I took out enough to fill the zip bag it came with and it works great. I've only been sleeping on it for 4 days so I cannot say how I will feel in a month or two but for now I love it!

At first after I opened the package I was kind disappointed with the shape (flat)then I leave it in garage for 3days.... well, this morning I check it and it is a little bit more fluffy but needs more, however I decided to put it in dryer....so glad I did it, now I am going to order second one.

I had two c-spine surgeries in the last 4 years the last one just finished last year and have been dealing with pain still so I bought this pillow in hopes that it will ease some of the pain and help in the complete healing. The only negative I have about the whole experience has nothing to do with the pillow or the seller but has everything to do with Amazon's delivery driver. My pillow was delivered to my neighbor instead of me because the driver was in to much of a hurry to have to drive around and down a block to get on my one way street. I was lucky that a picture was taken of where the pillow was dropped off at and the neighbor was a decent neighbor (one of the only ones around me) because I was able to get my box from him. When I unpacked my pillow I had been expecting it to take 1-3 days to fully expand because that is what I had read in the reviews. However, my pillow was fully expanded less than 4 hours later. It is very over stuffed and the zipper allows you to remove some of the stuffing if you want to; because of this it can be made good for any way you sleep. I have had it for less than a week so I cannot attest to the long term benefits of the pillow but it seems to be helping me so far. I have not woken up in the middle of the night with extreme neck pain to the point I need to take pain medication so far.

Upon arrival, the pillow was well packaged. I just had to unzip the package and slide it out, roll it out, and then remove the plastic. I gave it a couple of minutes of air, and then I just pulled it apart throughout the middle, and then around the seams. Then, I let it sit for a few hours. It puffed up perfectly and there weren't any lumps. I then removed the outer bamboo cover and slipped a waterproof cover over the inner pillow covering. I replaced the outer cover and put a pillowcase on it, as is. I didn't remove any of the filling. Nor, did I notice any smelly off-gassing from the pillow. I always sleep on my side, so this review is tailored to others who do. I figured that I'd give it a shot with it's original fill level on the 1st night and see how it goes. I get a crick in my neck fairly easily so I was a little nervous about it. I was very surprised to wake up today with no pain, or stiffness! I will say that yes, it's memory foam and yes, I did sink in it more than a non memory foam pillow. But, I did not sink too far into it for it not to lend the ideal neck support for us side sleepers. It was nice for me not to be awakened by having to adjust my normal 2 flattened old non MF pillows for a change. It is a heavy pillow, so I don't reccomend letting the kids pillow fight with it. And, I have no idea how well this pillow's foam will hold up over time. The inner and outer zippered covers seem made well. But, I gotta say. I'm glad that I purchased this pillow. It was a very comfortable 1st night's sleep on it.

I can't believe some people gave 4 or 5 stars, they must have gotten a different pillow than me. This is the worst pillow and I would give 0 stars if I could. It is lumpy and very uncomfortable to sleep on and doesn't puff back up properly unlike real memory foam. It is NOT shredded memory foam but instead a mix of some kind of foam chunks covered with regular cotton stuffing as filler. Some of if it is a gross yellow. You can expect a smell with memory foam but this pillows smell was horrid and strong. The zippers seem like they are breaking or will break when opened/closed and the stitching and workmanship is very poor, not up to my standards at all. The inner part that holds the foam is very thin and see through and feels like it will rip or tear easily. You can see the indent where my head was and it never puffed back up there. I'm pretty sure I bought a queen size(said queen on the package too) and compared to other queen size pillows it is small and thin. I did not have to remove any stuffing to adjust its size and it took a significant amount of time to puff up to its current shape. It is also very heavy compared to other memory foam pillows. I regret my purchase and am not happy. The only good thing I can say is it didn't make me hot/sweat. I will probably disassemble it and make throw pillows out of whatever that stuff inside is.Please give a helpful vote if you have found my review helpful. I have books that are thicker than this pillow. Whoever gave it more than a 1 star... I shake my head at thee. I bought it partially because the reviews were relatively good, and because I desperately needed a pillow, but will be returning. It is lumpy, and the pieces are not uniform. Zero support. Better off sleeping on a bunched up sweatshirt.

It hurted my shoulder and neck, it has a very awkward height and its thickness does not allow a good rest. It is like if that kept your head against your chest. I am 5'6 and I thought it was because of my height so I gave it to a 6,3 person and he had the same comments.
