I was very sick for months before receiving a SIBO diagnosis, but on a hunch, ordered this as a supplement to see if it would help. Even at just two caps a day (the lower end of the recommended normal dietary dose) it took the edge off my symptoms so that until I could get the proper treatment I at least wasn't having to run to the emergency room every other week. Black seed oil is apparently enough of a natural antimicrobial that my doctor had me stop taking it for two weeks before my SIBO test (to keep the results of the test accurate) and my symptoms increased during those weeks, so I know it really was making the difference. My prescribed treatment course of other stronger medications is finally having a huge positive impact, but the black seed oil was exactly what I needed to keep me going until we started all that, and I will use it again when I'm finally in recovery phase. I had no negative side effects with 2 caps/day. Oregano-flavored belching was present, but it wasn't troublesome.

I am really pleased with the quality of this product. I have noticed an improvement in my joint function and originally ordered it for help with a sinus and bronchial infection that was kicking my butt. When it arrived I started taking it two times a day and within three days the problem was cleared up! I now take it every once every day. I only gave it four stars to draw attention to the face that when I ordered it in January they shipped it to my PO Box, but when I re ordered the checkout wouldn't ship it to a PO Box. I had to have it shipped via a relative because I don't get home delivery where I live, and I can't find an answer to why it can't be shipped to my PO Box.

This is so nice to use instead of the oil liquid. When I’m feeling a bit down I take one. When I’m traveling I don’t need to skip a dose. Will be buying this again.

Definitely easier to travel with than the Black Seed Oil. Plus, you don't have to put up with the strong taste! However, the spouse and I prefer the oil as it is stronger and knocks the garbage out quite well!

I cannot say enough about this black seed oil pill! It has helped both my husband and I so much. It has def helped with the arthritis in my back and knee. He has been having wrist pain since surgery 4 years ago, this is the only thing that has helped. We both are amazed at how well we sleep! The best thing is how it has lowered our blood pressure. We get no after taste as we have with others. I hv recommended to my sister who has horrible skin conditions, as well as several other family members who suffer with blood pressure problems and sleep issues. This is my true and honest option. I've been taking 2 soft gels once a day for about 2 weeks now and noticed I haven't needed my BP meds as much! So far so good! May be still a little too early to see the full benefits but I will continue taking everyday and update any other differences I see. This product is worth a try!
