Everything Track and Field Pyramid Spikes

Received these the day before my daughter's national meet. In a bag of 100, the first thing I noticed was that 16 of the 1/8" spikes were actually 1/4". After I separated them I tried to put them in her shoes and found out the other problem. The threading is bad, making it very difficult to get them into the shoes (using two different wrenches, including an expensive ratchet one). I could put the old spikes in and out with no problem (most of it with my fingers), but I couldn't get the brand new ones more than 3/4 of the way. That's when I found out the other problem....they strip EXTREMELY easily. Every one I tried to put into the shoes stripped before it got to within one full rotation of being all the way in (forget about tightening it).I tried using both wrenches and doing it very slowly and carefully to no avail. Out of the 5 spikes I needed to put in her shoes, none made it all the way in, and all are stripped already (not counting the ones I pulled out and threw away because they were ruined by the time I got them halfway in). A complete waste of my money. Can't comment on if their other sizes are equally as bad.

I ordered these for my sister who runs high school track and she says they are good. She has been giving some to her friends on the track team and they all use it. These are mainly for all weather tracks but you can definitely use them on the gravel ones too. Anyway, I would say these are a good price for what they are. They aren't the sharpest, but spikes easily become not sharp after first use.

Slightly disappointed that they are not colored. If you post a picture that the spikes are colored, that is what you should send. I ordered these because they were shown as colored.

Got these for my daughter for use in track, she's a sprinter. They provide excellent traction and are durable compared to other brands we have tried. The most important aspect, though, is that these thread into her shoes on the first try without cross threading. Worth it just for that aspect alone.

Received a nice amount for the price. My son was very happy and respiked his shoes prior to his next track meet!

Nice spikes...all the kids on my daughter's XC team were happy to have longer spikes to use on some of the courses. Coach even texted and asked if he could have some for his kids to use! Will definitely be ordering again.

Spikes are not too sharp, but the price is cheap for the amount of spikes you are getting. Recommended

They came pretty dull, probably because of how much you get for the price. My worn down spikes are still almost sharper than these.
