I wear a 8.5 and I bought a size small for the yaktrax. They fit nicely over my size 9 boots.

Is there a left and a right?

I bought mine more than 8 years ago. Assuming nothing changed, there is no right or left, except the direction the velcro bands are closed

What size would we need for mens 13 shoe?

I'm not sure about a size 13, but for a size 14 XL worked well
