Poor product. Not at all sturdy.
The product is made of flimsy metal pieces and Is not at all sturdy. It can collapse as soon as anybody leans on it. If you want secure your elderly patient, please use something else, but definitely not this product.

Expected better product for the cost
The rail just about serves its purpose. It’s not very sturdy as it’s made to fold and wrap. Primarily on nuts and bolts. Little doubtful of its ability to hold off an elderly person’s weight. For the cost would expect a better and sturdy product. Essential to use with a thick mattress only. Not too useful under an air mattress. Hard pointed rugged metal parts always risky for unsuspecting seniors.

Good for a generic use but not sturdy enough
Product is not very strong when someone half-leans on it. The base bends away if you put even the slightest weight on it

Side rail
Can be a little more sturdy

NO LOCKING MECHANISM
Product was supplied without the locking mechanism, NOT as described. Not happy!!

Product missing secondary safety belt to hold railing in place on cot.
There could be a design change incorporated by adding two sets of metal tabs to be bolted around the cot box section with std. Clearance so it suits most cots.

Not a good product to my expectations
Product has these screws which is a dangerous thing for the elderly when they scrape themselves at times...moving the guardrail lift bar to the other side too would be recommended...had to put sponges for all 13 screws so the attender don't get hurt while attending to the patient..please ensure you have some smoothened screw or make inlaid nuts or caps for those nuts..
