They vary some are 6 by 4mm. some are 5mm sq. and some are 4mm sq.

Where chisels are sharp to chip away and cut into material, chaising tools have slightly rounded edges. The other major difference is size. Most chaising tools are about the length of an index finger, and the width of a nail or screw.
