Your right. We have order soft but we received medium. Make sure description says soft. We thought we ordered soft. I don’t think they are available in soft

I believe it is only two. I have used this brand for many years; unfortunately, it does not appear that Aquafresh is selling them anymore. This is probably why you are seeing ridiculous prices being charged for these toothbrushes.
