I have been using this brand of guduchi mushroom for awhile for inflammation. It really seems to help if you have problems with IBS.

The botanical quality is fine, but the tablets/caplets are very fragile. The bottle was stuffed full of cotton, but it still arrived with many broken tablets; between a third and half of them were broken. The tablets appear to be uncoated.

I too am delighted with the results of taking this herbal supplement. I have been taking allergy medications like Claratin for years living in the allergy capital of the world, Central Texas. Not only does it seem to be working well for overall antihistimine effect but it also works to support the immune system. I am hoping it will help with white blood counts as well, but the proof for that is still waiting for test results. The cost is certainly more reasonable compared with OTCs.

I was having bad allergies.... runny nose, burning sinuses, sneezing, etc. I did some research and found Guduchi. The research looked good, reviews on other sites were good, so I tried it. It worked great for me! I shared it with my neighbor and it worked for her too. I quit taking it for awhile and the allergy symptoms came back, then I started taking it again and the allergies left! I can't say if it will work for everyone, but it is amazing relief for me. I started with 2 pills twice a day and now am taking 1 pill twice daily, one in the am and one in the pm. i found improvement within 3 days of starting it. Hope it works as well for you!

i live in saramento, city of trees. i get allergies so bad that i can't even breath or see right. My eyes get red and always itching. Since i started taking this drug, i have no red or itchy eyes. The best thing is, its natural and no side effets. I tried allegra, claritin , benadryl and zyrtec but nothing helped with my eyes. It worked for me this season, will see when next will come.

I stacked this with Now Foods Organic Spirulina Tablets, 500 . Two of the Guduchi tablets a day and three of the spirulina tablets. I took this in hopes of mitigating my symptoms of sinus congestion... to no avail. Nothing ever changed. No booming energy nor cleared symptoms. If you read some of the positive reviews on here, you would have thought that this was a magic elixir that could cure virtually any ailment. Unfortunately, the only thing this supplement (and the spirulina) did was take money out of my checking account. Be wary.
