Good item fit perfectly. Easy install. Good quality. Only thing I noticed is the plate on the door needed to be bent a bit as to stop the lock catching on it so wouldn't pop out to lock

Quality wise they not good , lock was rubbish u could probably open it with any key and handles had damage on it probably ok to use on a door where u just want a lock no security

This looks smart and fits well. The first one the key snapped in the lock as it got jammed. I wrote to the supplier and they immediately sent a new locking mechanism and key. Works perfectly. Very happy.

I fitted the lock and tested it before closing the door, only to find after locking it I couldn’t open it back up because the lock wouldn’t unlock. I thought I was going to have to kick the door open and reck the door and frame, but eventually I managed to get it open buy using some pliers on the key. On further investigation I discovered that one of the keys wasn’t cut correctly, so we only have one key to use.The lock mechanism is of very low quality but the handles feel sturdy and was pleased with them.Feedback update : The seller has since contacted me and sent me a replacement lock under warranty and resolved my issues. I cannot fault their excellent customer service.
