Hello Jeffrey, each absorbent pad features virgin cellulose fibers for maximum absorbency, wrapped and sealed on all four sides by a polyethylene film, with perforations on one side. These 4" x 7" white absorbent meat soaker pads have a 50 gram liquid absorption capacity and comply with USDA and FDA requirements.

Q: How quickly can these pads absorb 128 lbs of meat?

Depending on how moist the meat is but it keeps it fresh and looking nice Is ur 128 lbs of meat already in its original packaging ?

Q: Can you use these for fruit?

I suppose so but there might be better options

Q: Can you use these for vacuum sealing meats?

I would suggest no to. I put one in it and vacuum sealed - a customer complained that the meat was tough and did not brown when it fried.

Put on top of all meats to absorbe juices before they traveled to the seal area.
