What I've noticed though is that when the jars are individually wrapped, they arrive in perfect condition, but each time the 3 jars have been bubble-wrapped together, at least one jar arrives with the seal broken and oil leaking out.The product is still fine, but it does mean the jar is messy and leaves an oil-splodge wherever it is placed. I'd go for rapeseed. Definitely do not use olive oil! 1) This is a Chinese recipe.
