I like that the actual marker surface (dots) are smaller in diameter than other dot markers. But the body of the marker is still big enough fir small hands. My son is actually able to put the lid back on the marker with a little concentration. So the lids aren't too small either. I recommend to parents of littles that don't necessarily like to color normally. Mine didn't either. But he does enjoy playing with these because of the "dotting" action used instead of just regular drawing.

I am so happy we got these for my boys (4 year old and 1 year old) they both enjoy using these. Super easy to use and they have a blast trying all the colors. So many fun activities to use these with. If “painting” sounds like a hassle to do, I highly suggest buying these. If they get on your furniture or their clothes it’s super easy to clean off.
