Am looking for something heavy cream alternative vegan wise to make irish cream with","acceptedAnswer":{"@type":"Answer","text":"It used to be in the first batches I got (a tip is to tip the can upside down and put it in the fridge overnight leaving the thick cream to seperate from the watery stuff) and it was perfect for baking eg Victoria sponge or ice cream. Sadly latest batches were a curdled thin mess that wouldn't seperate. I wrote to Biona about this but they said the brown sports in the can were from it being heated but the quality is definitely different now. If you get a good batch it's perfect for baking. Worth trying though as even if you get a bad batch you can always use it for curries or in smoothies like I did. The original creamy cream was simply amazing when mixed with strawberry jam, we had it as a filling for our vegan cake. Hope this helps!"}}]}]}
