What a great product. So versatile. Can be used as a 150 extension or with several snatch blocks to increase pulling strength. So much easier to drag through the ocean than regular tow straps.

This recovery rope is just beast mode. Pulled trees away from issues with winch before sawing them down. This rope yawned. The metal eyelets were unfazed. No regrets.

I will list what liked about this product first.1- The item description was accurate regarding this ½in. 150 ft green synthetic rope extension.2- It appears to be a good quality synthetic rope and the eye reinforcements were of very good quality.3- It came in a reasonably nice quality black storage bag which I appreciated the vendor adding to protect the rope when not being used.4- My first use of this ½in. extension synthetic rope proved to me that it is a very good quality and tremendously strong rope as I used it in a 6 pulley block configuration to pull a big oak tree over on to the ground.5- I will order a second one most likely in the future.6- After carrying 100 ft ⅜in. steel wire rope extensions in my work, these synthetic ropes weigh nothing almost and take up less space.7- My experience is that these synthetic ropes are much stronger than steel wire cable that I have used in the past and I can't say how much I appreciate the safety Factor that synthetic ropes bring to the job site. The steel wire cables fail at much lower loads and not fun to watch.Do I have any complaints?No.I am very satisfied with this purchase and will quite likely purchase another one in the future.

The media could not be loaded. Have not used this rope yet. Bought it to remove customers shrubs and two small trees. Was going to run it through a few snatch blocks for mechanical advantage but they postponed jobOnly giving this rope 4 stars because the thimballs in the end loops could be more heavy duty than what it comes with. I use synthetic winch rope and take them apart to change out the thimbal and add a heavy duty one into it. A thimball with a gusset plate is what this 1/2” diameter rope should have come with. Probably going to resplice the rope and add the better thimballs in. It is 1/2” synthetic rope so should be able to sustain a safe working load limit of 10k lbs but that should be stated in description.Strength is stated to be at 25,000 lbs but not too sure if that’s minimum breaking strength or maximum breaking strength.It does come in a nice zippered bag and folded so it sits nice and snug in there when new, but it will most likely never fit bag in that bag no matter how hard I try to roll it back up. Very nice feature for the rope to come with that.For $200 you get 1/2” synthetic rope at 150 ft long is a great price. Hopefully will get to try it out soon. I most definitely will be buying another one.10-30-2024Finally got to use this rope. Pulled out a rhododendron bush. The root ball was a good 3 feet in diameter. My set up was 4 tree saver straps, 4 straps 30 feet long, 4 snatch blocks, 1/2” chain, 4 soft shackles, 2 winch extension ropes 85 ft long at 1/2” diameter, this rope and the Wyeth-Scott More Power Puller, aka the best come-along, this rope was easily handling the force and did not show one sign of fraying or any signs of potential failure in workmanship. I absolutely highly recommend this rope and I will most certainly be buying another one150ft sounds like a lot. When you’re using this rope in mechanical advantage, you’ll very quickly realize that one is definitely not enough
