Excellent Buy
Excellent refurbished, quality, Dell business desktop. Inspected internals which showed spotless, like-new hardware. Included fresh, new SSD and Windows 10 Pro (Education ed). Performs flawlessly for its intended purpose, a media/internet/streaming/TV computer. Added an inexpensive dual band Wifi antenna for superfast internet.

Less than $100 for a real computer
For 100 bucks, this PC gets the job done. This is the first PC I have owned that just worked right out the gate without having to configure a bunch of BS. Yes as with any new device there are things to configure. This was an upgrade to my I5 gen 4 Lenovo laptop with 8GB of RAM which takes 5 minutes just to boot up. Hit the power button and about 30 seconds later you see the desktop. Ran some programs that I am familiar with and this is lighting fast compared to the laptop. For a hundred bucks I am happy as heaven. Thanks

Works great (just don't expect wifi)
Works Greta and looks really good, only issues I've had was that the keyboard and mouse that come pretty packaged randomly disconnect and reconnect and it doesn't have wifi capability despite it saying it does

So far, so good. A solid PC for the price if you don't need top end.
NOTE: When I ordered this PC on 12/4/2022 it came from Skytech USA.PROS:1. Excellent condition - looks brand new. Couldn't find any scratches or defects. No dust or dirt visible inside or out.2. As you can see from the pics, all the specs matched what was advertised.3. Comes with boxed, basic keyboard and 2-button corded mouse. Full-sized keys & layout with a numeric keypad in a smaller-than-standard frame (17x5"). Has a soft, non-'clicky' tactile feel, and is mostly quiet with a little bit of key rattle.4. On initial power up, you start with the standard Windows 10 setup of picking your region, keyboard, etc, so it was a fresh Windows install. No issues with activation.5. Time from Dell logo appearing on screen to Windows desktop is about 10 seconds. Not too bad!6. Very quiet. Even up close I can barely hear the fan - tho I've only run PVR software on it so far.7. No bloatware. The only installed non-standard software was VLC Media Player.8. Tool-less hardware mounting provides easy access to memory slots, swapping out storage devices, etc.CONS:1. Would have preferred a single 8GB RAM module vs the 2x4GB config it came with that uses up both slots. If you want to expand the memory you'll have to discard one or more of the existing modules.2. Question the SATA SSD. I realize the object is to cut costs to the max, but for under 24 bucks you could install a same-sized, more reputable-brand M.2 NVMe drive for better performance, and free up the lone drive bay to boot. Makes one wonder just how cheap (reliable?) the included KingFast SSD is.OTHER:1. Cannot be upgraded to Windows 11. This may be a pro or con pending your viewpoint.2. No wi-fi dongle or card included. Only network/internet connection is via ethernet cable. Not a deal breaker - dongles are cheap if you need wi-fi.3. Installing an external graphic card could be problematic, unless it's low-power, half-height, and VERY thin. There's less than an inch of space between the slot and the side of the power supply (see pic). Plus, the PC's power supply is only 180 watts.4. There are rubber feet on both the bottom and along the left side, so you can stand it vertical like a tower if desired.5. RAM and M.2 slots are under the drive bay.6. SHOULD you want to install a 3.5 HDD, the only full-size drive bay is filled with a caddy holding the SATA SSD. The caddy snaps out, but you'll have purchase a separate 3.5 caddy for your HDD as there is no inherent way to mount anything directly into the bay. Everything requires some manner of snap-in caddy. The cons you kind of expect with this kind of product, so overall I give it 5 stars. I would not use it for high-end gaming. Don't know of a powerful enough half-height graphic card that would fit in the slot, but for non graphic-intensive tasks and some older games, this should work very well. So far, very happy with the purchase.
