Just received this lead and am impressed with the quality of the plugs. They make a nice re assuring click and lock into the jack socket of my blackstar amp and guitar. No wobble or lift when in, just a tight fit. the plugs themselves are nicely made and finished in hard plastic with no soft rubber sleeve to split. Been using fender custom shop leads till now, all of which had soft rubber sleeves which split. This lead was twice the price but I just want a trouble free life.

I really wanted a cable with a right-angle jack on each end. The jacks are very good quality and Planet Wave's unique design seems far superior over the standard design. The cabling has no handling noise and is very well shielded. Again, their unique cable design allows for a very thin cable that still feel very strong.

The cable sounds great and all the components feel good quality but I had to repair one of the jacks as the solder had cracked.

Recommended by my son's guitar teacher after the one that came with the guitar broke. Definitely worth paying for this quality, and the right-angled connectors- great lead!
