The book arrived in great condition. It is much shorter than I thought it would be, but it is a clear, concise and crucial book for all Muslims living in an age of distraction.

The knowledge and content is great. However, in sevreal cases words have no spaces between them wich is a bit off putting since it looks like one long word which it isn't. I love the book but to improve there could be a better editing so such matter doesn't happen.

For anyone struggling to improve their character and religious commitments, this book is definitely worth reading. Brilliant and monumental.

This is a transformative text. It can really change your life. The great thing about it is that it’s written in simple language and it’s a small book.

This book has been out of print for a while and I am glad to have obtained a copy. I am glad to see that finally a 'sufi' type work includes a chapter on civic engagement. Typically civic engagement is a field left to other activist Islamic movements, who are active but guided by politics. Fusing spirituality with civic engagement is exactly what the revival of Islam needs. Hamza Yusuf is in my view the Mujadid of our century - walahualim.
