It came fully sealed, but was weirdly empty. The vitamins are easy to swallow, and I have noticed an improvement in my daily mood, the actual vitamins seem to be high quality, and they aren't sticky or messy at all. I take one a day for dosage, and don't worry about missing a day here or there. They seem to be working, and I definitely have more energy. The packaging seems pretty cheap though.
