Love this kettle!!!! Boils water in about 3 min and stays hot for a while if you go for a 2nd cup. Also great for adding into instant mashed potato's without heating on the stove and instant oatmeal.

I bought this kettle two times. Once in 2020 where it lasted 4 and 1/2+ years and probably would have lasted longer but I moved and gave it away. I replaced it then in the summer of 2024 and it has already stopped working 7 months later. So based on my first product I would have said this is the best kettle ever. But based on the replacement I'd say it's crappy. I have reached out to the company, if they fix it or do something to make up for the bad new kettle I will update this review. Edit: the company asked for a video of the issue, which I sent, and they then sent me a replacement kettle. So I'm updating my stars from 2 to 4.

I purchased this product for the first time almost exactly 2 years ago and if I have said it once, I have said it a million times.. It is definitely one of the best purchases I have EVER made. I am a tea drinker!! YEARS, and I mean YEARS, thank you ADHD I would find my tea cup left in the microwave, or my tea kettle or pot boiled dry on the stove. This heats the water SO quickly, and if I am distracted by squirrels it boils and then shuts itself off!! EVERY TIME!! We now use it also to pour water on our pets food. If you are a college student or know one it is a GREAT gift!! Do you like Ramen?? My husband has used it for that too!! My granddaughter likes to come over every Sunday in the winter for a cup of hot cocoa and she has put one on her wish list for when she moves into her own house!! I think this is also a great idea for the elderly who also may forget their kettle. I do like that this kettle is glass and see through, I can tell how much water is in it from across the kitchen, some models have no indicator of water level, you have to take the lid off to check. There are some cute ones, but this is my favorite. Today, long after I used it for breakfast I heard the glass crack. I am not sure why, it wasn't on and the base, nor the glass container were hot. Two years isn't a long time for an appliance, however, it is used at least five times a day here! so I feel we have gotten our moneys worth and we ordered a new one right away!!

I’ve had mine since early 2020 and it has made my life so much easier. Water heats up so quickly. Doesn’t take up that much space, easy to clean. I unfortunately placed it next to my drying rack and my very heavy metal pot fell and the thick metal handle fell over very hard and cracked my kettle right in the center. I will say as hard as it hit I’m surprised it didn’t shatter. Very durable but still sadly cracked enough to leak. I’m so upset. Looking to possibly order a new one and hope no major changes were made and still it’s still as amazing as the one I’ve had for years.

I love this kettle! My 12 year old drinks tea daily and this makes it super easy she can make a gallon of the tea for the week. Easy to use and super fast!
