I Highly recommend Bhagya cast iron cookware 👍
I am writing this review after using the product and I must say this is a wonderful cast iron product. Meets my expectations. And the best part is , it was pre- seasoned. The product comes with a booklet with instructions for maintaining and cooking in cast iron products. Being my first online purchase of this kind, I was skeptical but the packaging and the product really impressed me. I had a couple of doubts and it was patiently cleared by their customer care.The cookware is heavy and well seasoned and the appam came out well . It's easy to clean. Would suggest following the instructions and it makes cast iron cookware maintenance easy .I highly recommend BHAGYA CAST IRON COOKWARE .Thank you.

Worthy product
It is very heavy, size of the holes are good enough and most importantly it is not sticking. It takes time for initial heating of the pan as it is very thick, but once heated it cooks the paniyarams fast enough and on low flame. It needs very little oil like non-stick pan. But, cleaning after every use and seasoning it is quite a task. It is a must-have product in every kitchen as you can avoid deep frying by using this pan.

Too heavy, brittle, not sturdy, overpriced, received a damaged product, poor packaging.
Received a damaged product. Packaging was poor and above all that it's been more than a week since I've requested a return. It's important to know that a delivery man made a visit in the meantime for the pickup but refused to take it back citing a very lame excuse "the actual picture of the product is showing in the return description, it shouldn't be there, talk to the customer care and tell them to remove that", I wonder what that means, but I did what he asked and since then my return pickup date is being shifted to another day. Besides that, the product seems over-priced, too heavy and definitely made of some cheap material as its not only metal. One fall and it will break your toes, floor tiles and finally itself. And Metals are not brittle!

Ok product
Product is same as described. Heavy flat bottom makes extra safety while cooking. But the finishing of the product is not good. May be due to usage of old mould. There are starvation areas and even hole like appeance on surface. The pits are average in size. ( I personally feels small in size.) . No sticky problem while making appam
