Believe it or not, but this product was actually purchased for the resident dog. The stray dog, which Mumzy and Popzy have adopted, has severe skin allergies, along with constant yeast infections --- which made him raw, itchy and quite unpleasant to be next to. Truth be known, at times, he smelled terrible. Therefore the veterinarian suggested the following: The dog have baths with this shampoo as well as the recommended medicated dog shampoo. Wow! --- What a difference. This shampoo has worked wonders for that poor dog. It has soothed his raw skin, and has made him as soft as silk. Although the shampoo is for humans, it has helped this little creature tremendously. You have saved the day, and you have saved the pup. He is so very happy! Besides, now he even smells wonderful --- the dog I mean.
