Q: Hi, it describes it as 100% cotton, but one of the reviewer says there is fleece lining as well. Can someone clarify the fabric material?

There isn't really a separate lining. I have three of these items: one is thick fabric, with the inside like a thick sweatshirt material; one is a thinner fabric, like a regular sweatshirt; and one is rather like a reinforced fabric--not "fuzzy" at all. I did look at the inside labels in each, and each has a notation of 100%, but the writing is in Chinese idioms so I don't know what the 100% stands for. I do know that none of them scratch my skin or make me itch, and I don't do well with synthetic fabrics. I hope this helps.
