Unlike other reviews, I found the measurement on the smaller chamber to be accurate. As you can see, the 20ml water is right on the mark (0.5 for 25:1 and 1 for 50:1 ratio). Took me some time to figure out how to use the markings.So here goes: the markings on the bigger chamber is self-explanatory, pour gas up to the level, let's use marking 1 for this example. For the smaller chamber, pour oil to the appropriate "1" marking also using the marking of the ratio displayed. On my pictures the left markings is for 25:1 (it shows water is on the .5 level, meaning gas should be on .5 level on the bigger chamber) and the marking on the right is for 50:1 (it shows 1 level, meaning gas should be on the 1 marking). The other side of the container shows you 40:1 and 20:1 ratio and their appropriate markings.I did not measure the bigger chamber as other reviews say it is accurate.The third picture is to show you the size of the can. It's about 5.25" tall by 5" wide. I thought I needed a bigger container but then if it's for my weed eater, home-use only, I don't need to store a lot of extra fuel.I haven't used it yet.I hope this review helps a lot of you out there considering to buy this item.

None of the openings and caps would close tight. The gasket seals were thin and flimsy. They would not stay in place and easily falls out. The flashing lines during the molding process may also have contributed to leaks. You may be able to rectify this product if you sand down the openings to be flat and replace the gaskets. The gaskets are so thin, I would estimate them to be about 1mm thick. When you measure oil on one side and attempt to turn it about to mix oil and gas, it would leak all over the place. The size is small for my needs, but that is not the products fault. It was better for me to get a legit 1gal gas container and purchase is small graduated cylinder for measuring purposes. Once filled with gas, you cannot return this item. I regret buying this and tossed it in the bin to cut my loses and save my sanity.

NICE SIZE FOR SMALL NEEDS

Easy to use, only issue is when I'm trying to mix the oil with the fuel it does leak out of the spout with either cap.

Pretty typical design, and the large pouring side might allow a pour spout to be used. The lack of any gasket on the cap causes a lot of leaking from the gasoline side during mixing, and makes any sort of transport problematic. The measuring scales allow mixing multiple ratios, but the un-painted or -printed markings make it hard to read.

Great idea, poorly executed. Impossible to get the oil to mix without the gas spilling out of the cheaply made openings. The screw on spouts don’t seal at all.I use it to measure the gas and the oil and then mix them in a different container.

Mixing bottle markings are correct. There may be a slight difference in measurements from fabricating the mixing bottle but good enough for non-rocket ship applications. The 40:1 and 50:1 marking are at lower locations because they are smaller volumes than the 25:1 and 20:1. Received the bottle in 2 days as amazon prime member and excellent for 2-cycle stroke engine such as chainsaw,

I use this container to keep my pre mixed gas in for the weed eater and chainsaw. Nice little container.

Le bidon est mal fini au niveau des joint de bouchons. Il fuit, très pratique pour un bidon de mélange quand on secoue pour faire le mélange on s’en retrouve plein les mains. Déçu 20 euros, je pensait à de la qualité à ce prix mais pas du tout. Il est arriver complément sale, plein de copeau de plastique à l’intérieur.Ne l’acheter pas

Buscaba un envase mezclador de aceite para la gasolina de diferentes motores de 2T, algo que fuera sencillo y limpio.El envase es de plástico, estanco, y a simple vista es sólido. Las escalas grabadas en el plástico se ven y distinguen bien, (mejor que en las fotos) y he comprobado que las mediciones que marca son las correctas. Cumple su función para la mezcla de un litro de combustible en las cuatro escalas más comunes... 25: 1/50: 1/40: 1/20: aunque también puede servir perfectamente para calcular la mezcla de más litros. Sabemos o deberíamos saber que no es recomendable guardar gasolina mezclada con aceite por un largo periodo de tiempo ya que con el aceite incorporado la gasolina se deteriora muy pronto. Es obvio que si usamos gasolina vieja, podemos deteriorar nuestras máquinas, embozar carburadores, rallar el pistón, etc...Yo lo uso para preparar la mezcla "justa" que creo que voy a necesitar para para mis pequeñas tareas de aficionado. Es cómodo y limpio porque incorpora tapones estancos, y una cánula flexible externa con dos juntas de goma que aseguran la estanqueidad (no se ve en las fotos). La cánula tiene un pequeño tapón de rosca, lo que facilita llenar pequeños depósitos sin desparramar ni contaminar el entorno.Envío correcto, bien protegido, bastante antes de la fecha de entrega indicada.Producto recomendable.
