If you're looking to add that special piece of flair next time you're at your regional Oktoberfest celebration, pick this up. It looks way better than the pheasant feather that comes with most felt hats, and you'll look great. The quality of the item is quite poor, but the price is good, and two-day shipping with Amazon makes it worth it for an item you'll only wear once or a few times a year. The "casting" of the metal piece doesn't result in a very clear design, and the hair tuft will likely come out before you make it to the beer line, so do yourself a favor and squirt some hot glue into the casing before putting the tuft in so it doesn't come off during the Fligerlied.Maybe at some point down the road I'll invest in something more authentic, but until then this bad boy will do just fine.

Adds panache to wool fedora and alpine hats.Very large so get Medium unless you have a high crown or a ladies hat.Recommend highly.Conversation starter for hat wearers.

In daylight, the bristles stand out as plastic. The clasp pin is tall making the base stand away fr the hat crown instead of laying flat.
