Q: What is the Low voltage cutoff?

Low voltage protection means that the bms will cut off the output when the battery voltage is too low.

Q: My battery will not charge. The voltage is 4.7V on it. Tried jump starting with similar battery. Any ideas how I can revive it?

Mine was the same until I used solar and charged it to 13 volts. Old battery chargers may charge as well, but charge to 11 or 12 volts, then connect to a newer type charger. Just be careful!!!

These are awesome batteries but customer service is all but impossible to get ahold of anyone. I did have some success with a live chat on their web site. They sell chargers for LifePo4 batteries. To get the most out of this chemistry you need a charger designed for it.
