Q: Can you use it on a glass top stove?

Yes, I use mine on a glass top stove and it works perfectly. I just move it to the edge of the burner to make sure the handle is not directly over the heat.

Q: Is there any cause for concern when buying a color pot? I wonder about the color fading or chipping off over time.

I’ve had mine for a year and it has not faded at all. I mainly rinse and occasionally use soap on the outside.
