The XT version has Bluetooth and app control. The standard only has Feedback elimination and music ducking.

Q: How many watts does this speaker actually consume?

This uses 75 watts from the wall outlet to convert electricity into sound. So by consume you mean power used to do the conversion, the answer is 75 taken from the nameplate on back. Output power or power produced is a different animal and has different names to appeal to marketing efforts. The big number 1400w is peak or momentary power which if maintained will burn out the speaker. An in depth study of speaker power would be helpful but is typically stated as peak, program, or continuous. The specs list an output sound pressure level ‘SPL’ of 128db and is a valid indicator of usable output.

Q: If I purchase the 2×12 version/ model can you use it guitar or monitor?

Yes. You will need an amp simulator for the different tones, like a Helix or Axe FX.
