I think this could be effective in use; I've seen some gains. It works for the most part, it's easy to use, it could be a little wider for girthier guys, but for the recommended wear, it is really quite painful, even with the latex sock thing. The wearing under your clothes discreetly thing is BS too, it is very noticeable. It's just up to you what your dedication level is. I did go from BPEL 17cm to BPEL 20cm, but don't damage your Johnson for gains you won't be able to use.

I found out the hard way that my skin doesn't agree with silicone for long periods at a time, other than that, it seems to work like it's supposed too. I didn't notice any difference but I couldn't keep it on long either.

This stretcher shows promise, but the one-size-fits-all approach to the vacuum cup is a major drawback. The included weight and sleeves are good quality, and the overall construction is solid. However, the cup is simply too small for many users, leading to discomfort and an uneven stretch. A larger cup option is desperately needed. The overly long strap is also a minor annoyance.
