S'well Stainless Steel Roamer Bottle, 40oz, Onyx, Triple Layered Vacuum Insulated Containers Keeps Drinks Cold for 48 Hours and Hot for 16, BPA Free

At my kids' school, the students bring their own water bottles to drink during the day and at P.E. The drinking water from the fountains doesn't taste good to my 10 year old (and now my younger son, too), so he asked if he could get a big jug to bring water from home. If you've lived in Southern California you'll know what I mean. I have a 64 oz. Roamer and love it, so I thought a 40 oz. might work well for him. He absolutely loves it--it fits inside his backpack (he usually only has a couple folders, a chapter book, a jacket, and a lunchbox in there), but it holds lots of water. He used to bring his 18 oz. Yeti AND the S'well Roamer, but now it's just the Roamer. It's got scuffs and scratches, but I've seen him accidentally drop it onto the concrete, and it hasn't dented yet! It's empty when he brings it home, so I know it's getting used. He's asked if he can take my 64 oz, and give his 40 oz to his younger brother, but I don't want to give mine up until there's another sale. This one is definitely a genuine S'well, and doesn't leak, it keeps his water cold, it hasn't come apart or rusted, etc. He loves that he can bring a lot of water with him when we go to the pumpkin patch, or the basketball court, or a day running errands. Cleaning is easy with an OXO bottle brush kit, I use the small round brush to swipe the groove inside the cap. The handle is great not only for picking up the bottle and for carrying, but we can use it to hang on a hook in the car, so that it doesn't roll around on the seat or the floor.

I adore this bottle, it holds 40 oz! Really nice to tote along, keeps things cold for quite a while.Honestly, I just like the way it looks!!!Easy/comfortable to hold the handle- great for carrying to events. I look forward to taking it with me each day.I've had it a couple months or so and enjoy using it more and more as the days fly by. Excellent choice- get it you'll love how unique it is!Oh, I would also mention that my water is always crisp and fresh tasting- no off putting odors.The finish is textured, which I love!The cap is easy on/off with a brief twist. It has a stable base that would be difficult to topple over. It does not fit into a car cup holder, but I just keep mine next to me. The inside of the cap is plastic, a bit of sad : ( for me. The bottom is metal, wish could have had some silicone 'buffer spots' to make a quieter land on desk/counter.But overall I'm extremely pleased and plan to get the 64 oz size soon. Take care!

I use this daily. I live in Miami, so it is hot outside, and I take hot yoga, so it is hot inside, too. The S’well takes it in stride and keeps the water icy cold when it is 99° outside (or hotter inside the yoga studio). The shape is pleasing and the broad base is stable so the S’well never falls over. I did contact customer service and they totally stand behind the product!

I've been using S'WELL products for a long time and their insulated mugs are really amazing. They keep my drinks scorching hot the whole day. However, unless i am using a faulty one, the roamer is actually very warm when you hold it (which means the heat is escaping i think?) and when i was shaking it some of the liquid came out which never happened with my other mugs. I purchased this roamer for almost half the price so in that sense it is worth the price, but i would have returned it if I paid $48. I may request an exchange, but just be aware this might happen to other buyers.**UPDATE**so i got an exchange and the original one definitely had issues. The new roamer is great, it keeps my drink hot and cold. The outside does not turn warm and there are no more spills! I changed my review back to 5 Stars~! If you thing your s'well bottle doesn't live up to your standards that is because there must be issues with it. Get that exchange!

This is a very large and a little heavy water bottle when completely full with water. I love it for days I work in the hospital because I can fill up in morning with the water cooler cold water and will stay cold all day. I even use it at gym at work. It is hard to stay on exercise equipment tho so be careful. I clip it to my backpack and works great. I have 3 s’well water bottles in various sizes and they are the best at keeping items cold all day.

The bottle is easy to use and I am satisfied with it.I had it shipped to Japan, but it was just put in an envelope without any packaging, so it was scratched and I had to repair it with spray. Please protect the product with packing material before shipping.

This is my second Swell flask. A 17fl was my first but I wanted a bigger one to hydrate at the gym. With about 1/4 full of ice and the rest water I have just enough to get through a work out. And while sitting on my counter there is still ice left over from the previous day. The contents do seem to stay cold for about 3 days at room temp. Black was my choice of color and am not disappointed.

I love this product. It is triple insulated. Keeps my water cold for a very long time. the price is hefty, but worth it. I have been thinking about buying the 64 oz, but price is too steep. Need to wait and save me some $$. Definitely recommend this. It helps me drink all the water I need throughout the day.
