Should of been delayed a bit longer to fix bugs, but overall it was a great game!
This game is 5 star worthy. Well done Compulsion Games on that kick ass, dark, and different story. I am a sucker for interesting stories, this game was very satisfying to play.Though I loved the story, there were multiple bugs that kept me from collecting everything I needed and opening fast travel in certain locations, which made some of the game a little tedious. There were some quests that I couldn’t get to because they were bugged that I was unsure why they had even released it yet.It was definitely playable and worth the money, but if I had know there would be issues like this on release, I would of held off until they were patched.Don’t let the bugs stop you from purchasing this great game. I didn’t let it stop me from giving the game a solid five stars. All in all, it’s interesting and a very fun play through.

Has some buffer moments but GREAT game
LOVE the game. It does get a little glitchy at times. When going from area to area quickly it has some buffer time where it freezes and reloads and I probably got kicked from the game completely a total of 6 times throughout entire game play. The glitches are worth the game though, the story is awesome and it has a lot of complexities you need to keep track of, wouldn’t be surprised if all that detail caused the lag, which is why it is SO worth it.

Still a little buggy, but still an awesome game!
I have really been enjoying we happy few. I have finished the first two characters’ campaigns; Sally and Arthur. This game has a slow start but there is nothing like it. If you loved bioshock like I did then you will enjoy this game! Make sure to save a lot as the game does crash some, but don’t get discouraged. One of the most unique and interesting games I have ever played!

Imaginative with flaws
I’m generously giving 4-stars. I’ve put in about 6-8hrs of play at this point. I’m enjoying the overall story and worlds that have been laid out. Some of the multi-step tasks are tedious. Also, there are glitches that have let me to restarting no fewer than 6x so far. Last, the game is rather hard balancing the Joyand tasks— small activities can piss off the locals and the whole town is chasing you relentlessly. However, I appreciate the creativity and love games with imaginative worlds— and We Happy Few delivers on a cool map.

Great game with small issues that may annoy
Great game so far. Has some very interesting plot bits and a fairly diverse amount of interaction. The protagonist and his story definitely pulls you in and makes you want to see the conclusion of all your efforts.Suffers from problems with bland, generic NPCs that similar games, such as Bioshock, tend to have. There's also a slew of minor to moderate bugs, generally involving the physics engine. Looting is also somewhat strange, as the game doesn't really give you any indication to what things may be useful in the future.Overall it is still an 8.5/10 and I will absolutely be sitting down and finishing this one.

Great looking game but the dropped in storyline is a bit of a mess.
Shipped quickly and had no damage. The game is a bit of a mess but seeing as they added the storyline later on to the game when originally it was a “stay alive for as long as you can” game makes it a bit difficult to play like normal “open world” type games. But still amazing graphics. I enjoy it.

Good story but BUGS!
We Happy Few has a good story with intriguing, dark surprises. I finished it on PS4, but I can sympathize with players who gave up in frustration because...BUGS! The game crashed 15 times. At least 8 side quests were glitched and could not be completed. 4 quick travel sites were bugged and didn't work. The journal stopped updating, then fixed itself a few missions later. Many other intermittent problems occurred (butterfly net didn't work, for example). A load screen appeared often when a character walked, sometimes twice on the same street of a village, lasting 5 seconds to almost a minute. It takes almost 3 minutes to load a new game session. In addition to bugs, there are poor game design decisions. In an all-too-typical fetch quest, an NPC will ask you to get an item from the other side of the map. When you get there, another NPC will say she will give you the item but only if you retrieve something for her... on the other side of the map. So, you go back across the map to get the second item, back across the map to give the second item, then back across the map to the original quest giver. Four times across the map for no narrative purpose ( exacerbated by the broken fast travel sites). The game is fairly generous with raw materials for the first character you play and very stingy with the second character you play. You can spend an hour searching for a bobby pin necessary to complete a story mission while being almost constantly nagged by the game to do repetitive tasks and severely punished (with inventory overload) if you don't do them. It's an interesting game, and I'm glad I played it all the way through, but by the final third I skipped everything except the story missions because I wanted to deal with as few frustrations as possible.

This brings me Joy!
I had not heard about this game and just stumbled across it in the PlayStation store one afternoon. It sounded interesting but I wasn’t going to pay the ridiculous price they charge on the PS store Sinai looked for it here and Amazon did not disappoint. The game is quite fun, it’s so thoroughly British that if you love British TV and movies like I do you will be completely enraptured by the cheeky fun of this game. Also, you’ve never had a more entertaining take on mass murder and mayhem! Well, the murder part is optional, but... if you liked BioShock and Fallout and Dishonored then you know how this game works and how enjoyable it can be to play. Joy!
