I used the usual sticky strip nasal strips, which work well. However they were irritating the skin on my nose so I decided to try these.First impressions after a couple of nights, are good. The application is easy (although I don’t understand the point of the “magnetic applicator”….I just stick the discs on with my fingers. Comfort is good - I can use them all night with no issues.My only observation (aside from the questionable applicator need), is the size of the “bridge” options. You get 4, and the larger ones are HUGE. My nose isn’t small, but the smallest bridge provided is a good fit. I can’t imagine the size nose you’d need to have to use the largest size!

Having read the reviews on this I was a bit worried the sticky patches wouldn’t work and would keep coming off but I thought as it wasn’t very expensive I would take the risk and try them out. I have been really pleasantly surprised by the results. Myself, my husband and my son have all used them for the last 2 nights. We made sure we washed our skin before putting the stickers on (as per the instructions) and they stayed on all night for all 3 of us. We all could breathe easier the second we put the magnet strips on. I feel I have had better nights sleep because of it and so does my son. My husband doesn’t. Despite him feeling that he could breathe easier when putting it on, he doesn’t think it has improved his sleep and his mouth is still dry in the morning indicating he’s still been snoring. I’m not sure why this is.

My wife says these have reduced my snoring, but not stopped it. The pack contains four magnetic strips of different sizes for different noses.They lose points because after three nights the magnets came out of one side of the strip I was using and I had to glue them back in. They also lose points because good quality replacement sticks pads are really hard to find.

I have used mouth tape for a few years now to prevent me from mouth breathing during the night. The problem is that some nights my nasal passage can be a bit blocked and this makes it difficult to breath, usually not to the point of me having to remove the mouth tape, but enough to make it a bit uncomfortable. So, I got these to help open up the nasal passage and they've worked to some extent.I have found that they do seem to help me to breath easier, but not always as perfectly as I would like. But hey, any increase in oxygen has got to be a good thing.I didn't have any problem having them on my skin and had no irritation either when wearing them or on removing them.Apparently you can also use these when exercising. I have not tried that yet, but am planning on giving it a try soon.

I suffer from a deviated septum and struggle to breathe more at night. Tried the normal strips and other products but couldn’t get used to them. Tried these and I slept all night with no interruptions.Good quality, good amount of stickiness, comfortable, easy to use and very effective.

I should've known better. Washed and dried face. Carefully placed the patch and placed the magnetic band on. Felt great but the adhesive lasted 30 mins maybe at most. I experimented with the different band sizes. Just didn't/wouldn't work. Very disappointing.

I was sceptical with these nasal strips at first but have found them really helpful. They actually do open up the nasal passage making breathing through your nose alot easier. The magnetic stickers stick well to each nostril and the magnetic bar is comfortable across your nose once you’ve found the right size. I can’t tell if it’s stopped me from snoring but it’s defo made breathing easier. Really effective and easy to use
