Bought to strengthen my fingers and wrists as I work long hours doing admin work. I bought this item based on the reviews and I'm glad I did. They're not too squishy or too firm, I find the finger stretchers difficult but the circles and eggs are great and have been really effective. I just need more practice with the finger ones.My auntie has arthritis and she also bought them and likes them.Excellent quality, they don't smell of anything and they are lovely and coloured so easy to find if my little one decides to try and use them!

Useful for finger exercises

The rings and eggs work well but the finger stretchers are fiddly. May just need practice!

Squeezing exercises for hands have been around for years but this kit also has what looks like a rubber knuckleduster and when used you realise how weak your fingers are and the reason for my 'ouch' headline :)

Eggs are ok rings are ok, finger stretch things are small would struggle if you’ve got big hands. On the whole ok for the money 👍

Can only use a third of this product, the others are just too tough. The ones we’ve use are very good. Would recommend.
